Moruzzi's is a small, independently run hobby shop focused on building carbon fiber rifle components the right way.
I bring over 25 years of experience working with advanced composites across aerospace, aviation, space, and automotive industries, and I currently work full time in the aerospace industry. Over eight years of part-time study while raising a family, I completed coursework in composites manufacturing, quality, and management through the Cerritos College Composite Training Center. That combination of hands-on industry experience and formal training shapes every Moruzzi design.
Moruzzi components are machined from solid, monolithic carbon fiber—not wrapped or cosmetic overlays—and are designed for AR-15 and AR-10 M-LOK handguards with a focus on lightweight strength, heat resistance, and clean, low-profile control.
All products are designed and manufactured in the USA with hands-on quality control at every step.
