I ordered this 3 piece set for my DDM4 but after a week, tracking showed it was still waiting for my order to ship. I contacted moruzzi's and indeed I had been forgotten. I was immediately refunded my payment AND my order was shipped! Who does that?! These guys do! I'm genuinely an over-patient guy to start with so I really just was genuinely wanting a simple update... For these guys to do what they did BEFORE I could even think to critique was nothing short of amazing. My only advice to these guys is to maybe change their shipper from USPS to UPS or FedEx in order to have a shipper with the same level of commitment since the postal service is now known for screwing up more than showing up. Buy with confidence, guys, these guys give a fudge about their customers. I literally walked around my work singing their praises the entire last week and showing off my rail covers like a kid in kindergarten. There are a few firearm guys with extra bougie tastes and attitudes (we all have friends who think $$$=quality) and even they were impressed by the quality of the carbon fiber... They even liked the friggin box they came in lol... All in all, it's what a company does when things go awry that shows who they really are and this company deserves more than 5 stars...no BS, just straight up stand-up guys with a product that's prettier than super models with carbon fiber hair....I will DEFINITELY buy again from these guys without hesitation and I advise you to not think twice! Quality + customer service that's out of this world? It's a no brainer!
